We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 200 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Our courier partner will collect package from your doorstep in 2-3 days after return request

Once we receive return Shipment at our warehouse ,refund will be initiated within 2-3 days

1) If you have made online payment, your refund will be credited into your same account in 5 to 6 days once parcel return back to our warehouse.(reverse process)
2) If you have done cash on delivery: You need to provide us your bank details via email() or Whatsapp (8849610419),
We will refund your amount via UPI Or IMPS  in 2 to 3 days once parcel return back to our warehouse.

4)For Return in case of product below 749rs(each product should be above 749rs) customer have to pay return courier charges for that or self ship the product to us

IMPORTANT:

The items need to be unused, tags intact and unaltered.

Please note that we do not provide free reverse pick-up service for product  value less than Rs749.In such cases we request you to please self-ship the product to us from any courier company.

CANCELLATIONS

We are not able to cancel orders once they are shipped.If so, the order can be cancelled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money as the processing of returns completed.

DAMAGES:

Please inform our customer care number,if any articles are delivered without tags. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged
